Thank you Tina, I actually called customer service and they said there was no SUCH promotion. Went back to Target today and now they do have the products tagged as 5 gift card with purchase. They would not let me use the 5 with personal care items though. So basically free with the three gift cards with no moneymaker still good deal.
🙂 Okay. We only assumed there was this promotion based on their sales tags. I think they either had it as a mistake or they canceled the promo early since so many couponers showed up. 🙂 In any event. it’s a good deal, even without.

I tried doing the L’oreal deal today. Purchased three boxees of the L’oreal hair color, used 5/2 and 3/1 plus the $5 target coupon.
Cashier said she would just discount the $5 from my total so it came out to like $12 something but than I didn’t get any gift cards at the end.
Went to customer service and they said there is no such deal of $5 for every L’oreal ítem.
I returned the stuff since I want to find out why everyone on else on youtube couponing got the gift cards.
How shoud I approach this?
Yeah, I would return them. Looks like some people are having issues with this deal. You’re not the only one.
i wonder if there’s a double/triple dip of the $5 on items like the l’oreal preference hair color MM, if you buy 3
