Spoke to one of AMAZONS customer service reps and they said the “credit” HAS to be redeemed on an item sold by AMAZON and shipped by AMAZON. Very limited.
Thats not very limited. Have you seen how much stuff is sold by Amazon. But, it does say that if you do the 9.99 credit (like the dog food) , you have to spend that credit on dog food
