I’m having issues with mine. I have never ever signed up for TCB and when I clicked the link it told me OOPs you went through FSF’s site but you are already a member, even though I wasn’t. SO then it had me sign up for the first time and one of the offers was the tide. I clicked the offer and it took me to the Walmart page where I picked just the tide and selected pick up. I charged my paypal account and then that was it. I didn’t get an e-mail from Walmart telling me that I placed an order but my paypal sent me an email stating I was charged. Now that I’m going back to the TCB page on the dashboard it doesn’t say I have anything pending at all. What should I do? I’m on the phone right now with Walmart and they said they would send an e-mail when the order is ready for pickup. I’ve never picked up an order I usually have it shipped, but also I get an e-mail telling me what I purchased so I find it odd that I didn’t get any e-mail.

I agree with her it’s frustrating. That we get lured in by deals most peoople won’t qualify for. You can only be a new member once.
Do you think you can PLEASE indicate when it’s only a new TopCashBack customer deal?

In the very first sentence I say it’s for “NEW TopCashBack Members” and then later in the post, I mention again that it’s for “NEW Accounts Only”.
Is there more I can add to this post to make it more clear that it’s for new members? Thanks 🙂
