Kohl’s Cash earnings is when you spend $50 (actually $48. Since they have a $2 forgiveness amount that will still trigger the KC). So the amount you actually pay (before tax) is what determines if you’ve hit the Kohl’s Cash Threshold. This is the amount after coupons and promo codes.
