The way I read this, except where prohibited by law, all states can participate in this offer. A purchase may be necessary for some states.You must be 21 or older. There are 2 exceptions which are listed below. Here is what you do.
If you do not live in one of the states listed below, then put your full name, birth date, daytime phone number,email address, mailing address on a 3×5 card along with (6) Newcastle Brown Ale bottle caps in an envelope with sufficient postage and mail it to the address below. You might want to use a padded or stronger envelope so the caps do not come out.
Exception 1: If you live in one of these states, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CT, HI, KY, ME, MN, MO, NC, OH, OR, PA, SD, TX, UT or WV only, you do not need to make any purchase or send in real caps. Go here and print out virtual caps along with a form to mail in. Mail it to the address below.
Exception 2: If you live in Texas, you must purchase the glass by sending in the completed 3×5 card along with a check or money order for $2 payable to the address below.
