No Receipts Required for Up to 8 Items
If you don’t keep your receipts, no worries – you are still allowed to request refund for up to 8 items (check out this list of Babyganics products). If you do keep your receipts, there is no limit – submit for however many or few items you have proof for. How Much Cash Can I Get?
The precise amount of individual payments will be determined after all claims have been submitted and calculated. According to their Notice, the Settlement Fund has the amount of $2,215,000, which will cover all eligible claims plus other fees and expenses.
What Is It About?
This settlement came as a result of lawsuit against Babyganics for allegedly violating certain laws in marketing and sales, including the use of the terms “Babyganics,” “mineral-based,” and “natural.” Babyganics denied the claim, but both parties agreed to this settlement in order to avoid any further expenses.
