I collected $80 cash rebates using ibotta and they have locked my account from withdrawing money into giftcard or PayPal. I emailed them to unlock, but no one replies me. I worked so hard earning these throughout months and all gone now. Anyone else had this problem?
Oh no! Really? I haven’t had that happen to me. Did you create multiple accounts? I would keep trying to contact them. I believe you do that from a computer once you are logged in on ibotta.com (not from your app). You can also try reaching out to them on social media.
