Went yesterday and did this deal but did not get a $5.00 gift card. If I had known that I would have waited till it went on sale somewhere to waste my coupons….
Hi Sandra. Unfortunately sales and promos vary by store. So sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get this deal. You can always call ahead to see if your store is participating in the promo before making the trip. Hope that helps. 🙂
There’s a 30% off any dog dry food so it works well on this i bought 3bags at $5.99 and they came out free.
Hi Abigail. Sounds like you got an amazing deal. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
Hi Tina i used the $4/1 MQ and $2/1 Tc this week to make the little bags a MM with the cartwheel it will be a bigger MM
Sweet. Thanks so much for letting me know. Sounds like you found an amazing deal. 🙂
Question… If I used the 30% on purina beneful with two $1 tq and the bogo mq… will it take off $1 tq and 30% off the free one?
Hi Amy. Yes, I believe that it will. 🙂 Sounds like a great deal.
LOVE the pet food deals! I just returned from Target. They have Purina Beyond wet cat food for 10/$10. Using cartwheel, you get an additional 15% off. I had a buy 3 get 1 free coupon, as well as a $3 off-both coupons from some previous coupon book, both expiring 7/31. According to my calculations, the total is $4.50 total for 10 cans-less than half price! Can this site be shared in a FB group?
Wow! Sounds like you got a fabulous deal, Jennifer. Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
I tried getting this deal at my local Target and was turned down by the cashier. I picked up a candy bar to use as a filler item, but when my total was reduced to only $0.25 after the register accepted both of my coupons, the cashier called his manager; confused that I was able to use both coupons to save so much. He then left to go to guest services to show her the coupons and came back telling me I could only use one because the Redplum coupon states “Limit one coupon per item purchased”.
I have never had a cashier read the fine print of a coupon after the register accepted it without a problem because I was getting too good of a deal. Has anyone else had this issue trying to redeem this deal?
Hi Eric. I have heard a lot of stories similar to yours lately. Sounds like Target is cracking down on couponers and some stores are even making up their on rules. So sorry to hear that you weren’t able to get the deal. Do you have another Target in your area that you could try?
Is there anywhere else we may find the $2/1 other than targets site. It’s not letting me print from there.
Hi Krista. Try switching browsers and see if that helps. If not, you can go to Target website and see if you can get the coupon from there. Hope it works out for you. 🙂
I only got one $5 gift card when I bought 2 16 ibs of dog food. Was I suppose to do something else to get the second $5 gift card?
Hey. Did you use the Target coupon to get out the second $5 gift card? The coupon was in the SmartSource insert that came with the May 8th newspaper. Hope that helps. 🙂
With this deal it comes out to $0.24/lb, but if you buy the 16.5lb bag you get a better deal. The 16.5lb cost $11.99 -$4= $7.99 & you get back $5 gift card making it $2.99 for the whole bag or $0.18/lb
Sweet. Sounds like you found a great deal. Thanks so much for letting me know about it. 🙂
We got this coupon in this wknds insert! =D
Awesome. So glad you were able to get it. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
