I headed to my local Kroger Affiliate store and purchase Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli to make these yummy A+ Chef Boyardee Ravioli Zucchini Boats. The zucchini gives this recipe an extra healthy boost, and Chef Boyardee is made with no artificial flavors, no preservatives, no artificial colors. Perfect ingredients for an after-school recipe for kids 🙂
Recipe: A+ Chef Boyardee Ravioli Zucchini Boats:
- Prep Time: 5-10 minutes
- Cook Time: 20 minutes
- Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 2 cans Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli (or Chef Boyardee Ravioli)
- 3 Zucchini
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions:
- Wash and dry the zucchini. Slice in half lengthwise
- Using a spoon, scoop out most of the inside to create your zucchini boat
- Line a baking sheet with foil, and place the zucchini boats on the foil
- Spread Chef Boyardee Mini Ravioli into the zucchini boats – just enough to fill the space
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese
- Place in the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is golden and bubbling
- Top with garlic salt, parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste
- Allow to cool slightly before serving
