I was 90% unsuccessful today at Rite Aid. I wanted to get the Tresemme Deal, by buying 4 products. I don’t have the paper coupon of “Use (1) $5/3 Tresemme Products (RP 11/6, x11/20) = -$5.00”, however the Rite Aid App Load2Card feature had a $3 off for 2 Tresemme products, and per details it allowed to use 2 identical coupons per shopping trip. Plus the Wellness+Plenti card offered the 300 points back for 2 products. I uploaded this weekend all the coupons I needed.
When I was at the register today, the register didn’t automatically deduct the Load2Card digital coupon. So I decided to not purchase the products until I got this resolved. I contacted Plenti, they told me that Rite Aid should be able to answer my questions. I just emailed them as well, so I’m waiting for an answer.
Do you have any videos on how to use this RiteAid/Wellness/Plenti Card? I see you have how to shop at Target, and other stores, but for some reason I can’t find Rite Aid. Or if you can briefly give me some instructions or steps on how you shop at Rite Aid? (I can compare to what I did today, and see if I missed a step). Thank you in advance!
Hi Winnie. Unfortunately I don’t have a video yet on how to coupon at Rite Aid. I’ll have to look into getting one made. I’m not sure why your coupon wouldn’t automatically come off. Did you have an account before Rite Aid switched to the Plenti Program. If so, the load2card coupon may be linked to your old account rather than your new plenti account. That is one explanation. I would wait to hear back from customer service though. 🙂 They have a live chat option if you want a quicker answer. 🙂

No, it is a brand new Plenti Rewards program. The points on the Plenti program kind of worked the first time that I did the Right Guard Deodorant deal (couple of days ago, I’m new at couponing, so that was like my first ever couponing/.deal at Rite Aid, by following your webpage and videos. Thank you so much), the Plenti app showed that I redeemed the 300 pts, but there was nothing showing on my actual account, so I ended up contacting Plenti through Twitter and they fixed it. Today was the first time trying the load2card feature. I will wait and see what they tell me.
By the way, just FYI… I was on the Plenti’s webpage tonight just trying to see if I could get more info, and suddenly a message pop up. Sadly, it said that by January 20 something of 2017, their household offers (plenti points) are going to be gone. =( I guess it will be better to wait and see if they come out with something else before you make the video.

Make sure you did clip them and they show up in your coupon check list. My Load2Card coupon often didn’t come off. I usually just go ahead and purchase the item and then contact RiteAid for the issues(choose Load2Card from the option). Tell them the store#, register#, transaction#, date and time of purchase as well as the item and the Load2Card coupon that suppose to come off. They will then refund me the coupon value in the form of plenti points. That doesn’t bother me because I uses plenti for payment. Hope that works for you. 🙂

Yes, everything that I wanted is clipped, I went today again to try. First I scanned my card on the Plenti machine and even on that machine it showed ALL of my 62 clipped load2card coupons. I then went to the register to try to see if I could get the Tresemme deal, and again it didn’t work. We scanned the card on both apps, first we tried on the Rite Aid that links to the Plenti, and then we tried on the card from Plenti app. It did not work either way.
Rite Aid contacted me in the afternoon, and yes, they said exactly what you said, to get a hold of them every time that the Load2Card coupon doesn’t work and that they will then do the refund. I just find this a bit more troublesome, but if they can’t find the problem and fix it, then I think this will be the only route to go. Thank you for sharing. =)

Hi Alejandra. If you go to plenti.com and log into your account, you should see a tab that says “household offers.” If you click on that it will bring up a bunch of offers that are available to you, but you need to activate them before making the purchase. You should see a little activate button on each offer. Click on that and then the offer will be activated. Hope that helps. 🙂
