Is there any minimum payout with Topcashback? For instance, will they for sure pay you the $20 via Paypal or gift card in 21 days? Or does the amount have to be higher in order to receive the credit in a timely manner?

I signed up and didn’t get my $5 off either. I really thought it was something that I did wrong but I went back and looked at all of the steps and followed them correctly, just no credit. I see that I’m not the only one. Thanks for researching this Tina, much appreciated.
Hmmm… I’m not sure why it’s not coming off for some people. It is working for others.
There are a few things you can do. You can either contact customer service ā their live chat during business hour is great. Or you can do the following if you are on mobile):
1. Download the Raise app. Sign in
2. Click top left corner for menu
3. Select āInvite Friendā
4. At bottom of this page, click āReferred by Someone?ā
5. Enter FSF as code and then click Claim
Hey Gina, also first make sure you’ve verified your account. Another commenter mentioned that she didn’t receive a text to verify, so what she did that worked was: clicked on āmy profileā. Saw that her number was unverified. She clicked on verify and then received the text right after. And after that she saw the $5.

After I sent you a question, I read your step by step once again and wonder why they didn’t text me a code but I already put my phone number in then I checked on my profile and I saw my number in there with unverified, so when I click on verify then they sent me a text after that I had $5 in my account.
