Hey Bonnie, next time you’re at Target stop by Guest Services and let them know you never received your Baby Welcome Bag. You’ll need your account information so they can look it up. If they are currently out of bogs, they should be able to let you know when you can pick one up.
I got a Welcome Bag today, but unfortunately it didn’t include all the free items that I see in the picture. Anybody in the same boat or know that it is normal?

thanks Tina! I guess I was hoping a bit more. Felt like I got shorthanded but I guess each target is different. Surprised I didn’t get any diapers sample. Just got one bottle, coupon book and small size samples.

I think it depends who you get. The chat person I got today said they can’t do it over chat.
Can you get your welcome gift shipped to your house every store remotely near my home is two to three hours away. I would love to get it and my family will be buying from my registry and I would hate to miss out on the welcome gift.

With the free ready to feed formula coupon can I get any color or does it have to be pro advance
Hey Hunter, I don’t have that coupon in front of me, but as long as the product matches what the coupon states you can get, you should be fine. If you have any questions about which product you can use the coupon on, you should be able to ask an associate at the store or customer service.
The coupon has in small print which item qualifies. You can search the item # on the target app and it tells you the item that qualifies 🙂
Does anyone know if you can use other coupons, along with the completion coupon? For example, could I use a $2 off up and up diapers coupon, 5% off cartwheel AND the 15% off completion discount coupon? Thanks!
Hey Ashley, be sure the items you want to use your coupon on are in your registry first. You should be able to use the other coupons and discounts you mentioned. Hope this helps!
Thank you for the info! I have been trying to get my welcome kit for about 3 months. I’ve had my registry for almost 5 months and am due in 2 months. My location is always out of stock on the welcome kits, which makes me sad. I expressed my concern on their website online chat, and they are mailing me a baby registry welcome kit. So please know that is an option if you had a situation like mine where your store is always out of stock. The online chat rep asks your name, email address associated with the registry account, and then to verify your shipping address and it was very easy and helpful. Now I don’t have to ask the front desk the next time I go to Target (which is usually weekly or every other week). I hope this helps!

I tried this, but they said “I’m really sorry. As we being online chat team we don’t have an access to work on this welcome kits. Since it is available only at stores.”
Just my luck, they’re out all the time, doesn’t matter which target I go to. Tonight I was able to get one but sadly i was told its been change, they longer give out gift bag but just 1 onesie probably worth $5

I just when yesterday to target and they gave me my welcome bag they just ask me for my names don’t looked me up in the target registry and gave me the bag. I want to know if they keep track of the people they gave the welcome bags already or not.

all you do is go to CS at target and let them know you want a free welcome kit for the baby registry they just hand it to you. They don’t even ask your name.
