Target Shoppers! Get ready for the newest feature Target has just announced for their app – Drive Up! This new feature will allow you to place your order through the app and then have your entire order brought right to your car! This will be an awesome time saver for people always on the go, new and busy moms, or just about anyone!
This service is currently only available in select Target locations (Minneapolis, MN or St. Paul, MN), so you’ll have to wait for your local Target to become fully equipped for this service.
Here’s How Target Drive Up Works:
- Choose “Drive Up” in the app when you’re ready to place your order
- You’ll receive a time estimate for order completion
- Once you’re ready, you let the store know you’re on you way
- Park in one of the designated “Drive Up” spots and click “I’m here” in the app
- Have your order barcode on your app ready so your Target associate can scan & load your order into your car
- That’s it! You got all your shopping done without leaving your car!
Here’s the “bad news”: This service is likely not available in your location yet (see the list of participating stores here), so you will need to be patient and wait for your store to add this feature. Also, this is currently only available on iOS, so Android users will need to wait, and just like normal online orders, you will not be able to use cartwheel offers or coupons.
