I’m guessing 1x means 10 count. So the coupon would be 10 count or higher. I just used my $2.50 coupon for the cottonelle tissue and 10 count of cottonelle flushable wipes.
At my Walgreen’s store here in Fort Worth, Texas the breakdown was..
