I found out what I did wrong. Select second coupon on bottom for target.
I was able to print both coupons manufacture & Target, but the MNF coupon is for $2.00 not $2.50, unless I missed somthing. So the break down should be:
Buy one @ $8.09
-$2.00
-$2.00 Target

$4.09
